This is the beginning of my art submit special. I'm going to try and upload at least once or twice a week some of my old stuff, and some new stuff too.
This one I did about two weeks ago. The hand still needs work, and I haven't decided if I'm going to ink it for real or in PS. Any reviews and opinions are welcomed.~ Dred Lily ^w^V
This is an awesome picture you've drawn. How long did it take? There are just two minor details to critique, though. First, allow a little more room for the chin by moving the mouth and nose upward a bit - unless the character is looking down, because then you wouldn't need to. Secondly, try to bring the shoulders in a bit more for the feminine shape.
Other than that, I think this picture is very good. I definitely encourage the inking to give it the final touches. ^^

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

This newsletter was "born" back in March 2007, from a conversation between ~Lareth and =FrozenStarRo, who with the help of their friends *Iardacil and *Sylwiaa , wanted to make something to promote known and unknown photomanipulators alike here on DeviantArt. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
